Everything you need to know about booking, cancellations, and your visit to New Life Massage.

At New Life Massage, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for every client. The following policies help us maintain the quality of service you deserve and ensure a smooth, enjoyable visit for everyone. Booking & Reservations

  • Walk-ins are welcome, but we strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist.

  • Appointments can be booked by calling us at (818) 330-8150 or through our Contact page.

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in, complete any intake forms, and settle into the relaxing environment.

  • If you are a new client, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete our brief health intake form so your therapist can customize your session.

Cancellation Policy

  • We understand that plans change. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

  • No-shows (missed appointments without any prior notice) may be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

  • We reserve the right to waive cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis for emergencies or extenuating circumstances.

Late Arrival Policy

  • If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your full session. However, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Your session will end at the originally scheduled time regardless of late arrival, and the full session price will apply.

  • We appreciate your understanding — punctuality helps us provide the best possible experience for all of our clients.

Payment & Pricing

  • We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and mobile payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please call us at (818) 330-8150 for current pricing on all treatments.

  • Gratuities are not included in our service prices and are greatly appreciated. They can be added via cash or card at checkout.

Couples & Group Bookings

  • Couples massage sessions should be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure therapist and room availability.

  • For group bookings of 3 or more, please call us directly to arrange scheduling and discuss any special requests.

  • The same cancellation policy applies to couples and group bookings. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any changes.

  • Special packages and group rates may be available — contact us for details.

Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards are available for purchase in any denomination and can be redeemed for any of our massage treatments.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

  • Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.

  • First-time visitor discounts are valid for new clients only and are limited to one use per person.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or areas of concern before your session begins.

  • Massage therapy may not be appropriate for certain medical conditions. If you have any health concerns, please consult your physician before booking.

  • We use high-quality, organic coconut oil in our treatments. Please let us know if you have any allergies or sensitivities to specific products.

  • We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. All linens are freshly laundered for each client, and treatment rooms are thoroughly sanitized between sessions.
